I founded Haven of Hope to create a refuge for you, a place of safety, that provides renewed hope and understanding of your personal experiences. I have a passion for serving others and my intention is to uplift, enhance and support you on your journey. May you look forward to healing with desire and confidence that it can be yours.
As a therapist, I value the therapeutic relationship and seek to work collaboratively with you to identify goals and select interventions that are tailored to your needs. In agreement with you, I will journey alongside you as you explore self, growth, and healing. May our work together foster hope, insight, and empowerment so you can achieve your personal goals.

Mental Health Therapy
From day one, I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment in which my clients can feel at ease. Whatever your reason for seeking out psychotherapy, I'm dedicated to helping you find your way to better mental health.
I offer individual counseling services via telehealth to young adults (18-24) and adults (24+) in the state of Kansas, Missouri and Florida. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues and trauma.
